"Outdoor Retreat Great location for our group which allowed for gatherings and privacy when needed. The outdoor kitchen was perfect and where we spent most of our time after a full day of fishing. Plenty of parking, ceiling fans throughout and games to keep all entertained. The tiki hit was perfect for our dining needs. Having three refrigerators and a bait freezer made it very convenient as well. Will look to use again for our group"

"Great Family Vacation House We had 9 of us, and the Home was terrific. Very Nice, with Lots of Bedroom space...3 kitchens (incl outside), and they were incredibly well equipped (far better than other houses we've rented).....and a tremendous Pool area (Loved the Tiki cover of outside table). The House also had so many fun things for the family (i.e. pool table, cornhole, various games...etc). Canal access worked great for kayaks and boat we rented. Just down street was Sombrero Beach, so a nice easy walk/bike ride. Liz was very responsive. Had just one or two small issues, and she or Bob got right on it. Very Impressed, and had a wonderful and memorable time"

"Relaxing stay, beautiful property We rented this house for my husband's 40th birthday celebration and it was a wonderful stay! Unfortunately, the pool heater was broken but Liz and Capt Bob offered the use of the pool at another property as well as a refund of the pool heating cost which was generous. We ended up declining going to the other pool and dipping into the one at the house when it got hot (the hot tub was put to good use though!). There were other minor issues with the house and appliances, all of which were fixed quickly or we were able to work around them quickly. With such a large house with extensive use, they were all things that would be expected and nothing that got in the way of us having an amazing time! The outdoor kitchen and entertainment space were key as we spent most of our time at the house and outside! Some of us did the short, easy walk to the beach and we did a day trip to Key West, but otherwise we happily spent the week at the house. Having the Publix just down the street was beyond convenient and the hosts were very responsive. Thanks Capt. Bob and Liz for making it a 40th birthday trip to remember!"
"Thanksgiving in the Keys We had a great time at this property. We rent 2-3 times a year in the keys, and this property has it all. They have all the extras! Games, kayaks, pool toys etc. Captain Bob and Liz were really easy to get in touch with. We really had zero issues. The parking for the house was great, especially since we had a large boat. The pool was great, and big! Outdoor area was the best, lots of good quality seating, outdoor TV, etc. The interior of the house was also excellent! High end, great beds, great Tv's in each room, plenty of refrigerator space. The canal is nice and quiet, not too much boat traffic since it was near the end. Very safe and great walking to the beach and through the neigborhoods. The deep water access was very easy to navigate, and during the windy days we were able to still use the boat in the waterways. We will be back! Thanks Liz and Bob!"

"A Fantastic Experience! Everything about our stay was outstanding. The property was beautiful. It was very large, at an ideal location on a canal, with scenic balconies, three kitchens, a gorgeous separate two-bedroom apartment with a beautiul large clean salt-water pool and every imaginable pool toy. It included a pool table and mutiple games to play. It was extremely well-stocked with dishes, glasses, TVs in every room, and plentiful towels and sheets. There wasn't a single thing anyone could want that wasn't there. It was also immaculately clean. As perfect as the house was, the service and attentiveness of the owners was even better. Captain Bob arrived shortly after we did and showed us how to use the many appliances, grills and ovens. When we had minor problems, Liz was immediately responsive and able to resolve them cheerfully and effectively. When I had a major problem that was my fault (left my briefcase containing a computer, keys, passport, etc.) that I discovered long after we checked out, Liz was able to ensure I received it very promptly despite the fact that she was on vacation far away at the time. I am deeply indebted to her and her staff for their kindness and attentiveness. I can't recommend this property any more highly. I have rented many properties in my lifeime and this was by far the best experience I and my family have ever had."
"Wonderful stay! Our family (9 adults and 2 pre-teens) had a great time at this beautiful property. The location was great, and it was a perfect place to enjoy each other and relax - cooking, playing pool, swimming, playing games, etc. Some of us are chefs and we found the kitchens very well stocked. We cooked both inside and out. The property owners were super responsive and nice to communicate with. They sent many recommendations for activities, restaurants, and even a photographer with whom we booked a family photo session. We received a package that needed to be refrigerated while on a day in Key West, and they graciously picked it up and secured it for us. We highly recommend this home and hope to enjoy it again someday."

"411 Sombrero Beach We had plenty of room for our party of 12 and it was one of the cleanest rental homes we have stayed at. We probably used the outdoor kitchen the most. Location was close to the beach (short .5 mile walk). The hosts were great to work with and easy to communicate with. I would highly recommend this location."

"An Epic Trip Captain Bob and Liz were great hosts. Before arrival, they called to tell me the house we had reserved had problems with the AC, but they had a second house that was similar(and bigger) just down the street. Turns out the second house was fantastic. Similar in features yet more private and closer to the beach. We also rented their boat for the week, which was great. I highly recommend their properties!"
"Perfect Keys vacation house We were a large group with 6 adults and 3 teenagers. This house had plenty of room for everyone and we never felt crowded. We spent the majority of our time at the house in the outdoor spaces cooking dinners in the outdoor kitchen and chilling in the pool. We brought our boat down with us so the dock was a huge bonus. Capt Bob and Liz were amazing hosts and companions was great. I would highly recommend this location for anyone looking for a stress free location to stay with a large group of family or friends. We’d definitely love to make a return trip."

"Family rental for fishing and anniversary This property is amazing for families wanting to vacation together ❤️ Our family consisted of a grandmother (83 years young) to a grandson of 7 years old. "This property could not have been more perfect. We had a group of 14 ranging from newborns to grandparents and the house had absolutely everything you could ever need for a family vacation to the Florida Keys. Indoor and outdoor cooking, indoor and outdoor entertaining spaces, great dock and pool with a very private yard, ample parking and trailer space, close proximity to the beach.... We come to the keys a few times a year and this is the first time we felt like we could do everything from one place. The house itself is MASSIVE which was very beneficial for our group. You can have several different environments without disturbing anyone else. Most nights, we found ourselves putting the kids to be upstairs while the grandparents watched TV and the siblings could be downstairs listing to music and playing pool. Not once did we feel crowded. We particularly took advantage of the outdoor kitchen. There is a huge cooktop and stovetop which made it very easy to prepare hot foods for large meals while we prepared cold foods upstairs in the huge kitchen. Huge dock - we had zero troubles with our 35ft center console. Note for the fisherman - there is also an ice machine! We will definitely be back the next time we have a big group!"
"Stayed here last week with a large group made up for 4 different families. Will 100% return. The house - The house is massive. It has two kitchens and 1 outdoor kitchen. Fully stocked with just about everything you would need from crock pots, to waffle maker, to every utensil possible. The outdoor kitchen has a huge cook top perfect for making breakfast for 12 people. There is also a fridge outside giving you three full size fridges. The rooms are a very good size and setup so each would have their own bathroom. You can be upstairs and not even know people are on the level below. The beds and pillows are comfortable. Shower water pressure was good and no issues with hot water. Pool table near the big screen was awesome. The pool is incredible and bigger than photos show. Bonus that there are floats, kids toys and towels there. Lots of room to park, beach equipment in lower covered storage area. Ice maker as well which was a huge plus. Will definitely look to rent again."
"We were at 701 8th Street. I could not believe how well equipped (and clean) every part of the house was. The house was beautifully decorated and seemed more like a home than a business rental property, which in turn made everyone more comfortable. Everyone had a great time enjoying not only the house and pool, but walking the neighborhood and playing the local par 3 golf course. Truly made for a great vacation."
"The house was beautiful, clean, with parking, in a quiet neighborhood, close to Marathon Key (shopping). The house has a very nice kitchen with dishes and utensils and all the amenities. Good times start at the pool, steps from the side door, outdoor grills, pizza oven, and picnic area. The bathrooms are very nice. The house is large so appropriate for gathering family or friends. I highly recommend this rental."
"I stayed with a large group of friends recently. It was an awesome experience. Liz, the host, was very welcoming and provided help and assistance throughout our stay. The house is in a great location, with beaches and supermarkets only minutes away. Not to mention dozens of restaurants. The house has everything you could want for a vacation rental. It’s on a canal with ocean breezes. The house is huge with multiple indoor and outdoor entertaining spaces. The house is tastefully decorated and all the beds are King-sized. Add a pool, tiki bar, large gas grill, a smoker, and a pizza oven, it’s a paradise situation."
"This house is awesome. We stayed there for a week, and it had everything: heated pool, boat, outside refrigerator, outside ice machine, grill, pizza oven, two separate kitchens, and lots of comfortable places to chill. The five bedrooms provided plenty of space for our group. The location is close to lots of activities and restaurants, so we tried something different every day. I would definitely recommend it as a great house for a vacation."
"Beautiful home, perfect location The house and location are perfect for larger family or friend groups. Amazingly stocked!! You truly don’t need to bring anything extra. They have thought of everything for your convenience. The outdoor patios stay cool with multiple fans. We parked 5 cars in the driveway with our 2 boats docked in the back. Boat trailer parking for minimal fee on the same street. You can’t get any better than this to get out on the water and fish, snorkel, etc. House both inside and out was spotless. Extra linens, pillows, coffee makers, Kuerigs, so much in the kitchen that you won’t need to pack anything!! Teens even had a play room with a ping pong table. Plenty of chairs around the pool and shade from the palm trees. The construction next door had its moments but that’s out of anyone’s control. We still enjoyed the veranda and the breeze since it’s so close to open water. Liz and Captain Bob were excellent hosts. We are already planning our next stay in this house."

"Best rental experience ever! Hosts Liz and Bob made sure our family made memories of a lifetime. The house has everything you need and more. Comfortable beds, games for kids, heated pool. Several outside grills, refrig and commercial ice maker. Location is awesome! Short distance to ocean. I highly recommend renting their 27 ft catamaran. It was the highlight of our trip to be able to quickly be out on the water. Hope to rent this beautiful home again!!"
